Rent is due on the first of the month. A late charge will be assessed if payment is not received by close of business on the appropriate due date. If for any reason you are not able to login and you are not able to reach technical support, you may make your rent payment directly to the leasing office or the check drop box 24-hours a day, 7-days a week.
